Family and Guest Information

Trailblazer Orientation offers a separate schedule for family members and guests who attend with their students. We know that students are more successful when they have an informed and connected support system, so whether you are a parent, grandparent, sibling, partner, or just a friend, you are welcome at Trailblazer Orientation.

At orientation, you will:

  • Meet and connect with other family members and guests
  • Learn ways you can get involved and stay informed with the Utah Tech Family Association
  • Understand the social and academic culture of Utah Tech and the southern Utah environment
  • Learn about academic and safety resources available to your students
  • Assist your student in completing financial aid, registration, placement testing, and other last minute tasks
